There are simple ways to shift your thinking so that, when the going gets rough, you spend less time feeling anxious or overwhelmed, and more time being calm, confident and effective.

That’s when things start to fall into place.

Mastering these steps can be like removing a thick, scratchy layer of stress from your life. Picture trading an ill-fitting suit for some light, breathable activewear. A unitard, maybe. One that’s really sleek and flattering. With a cape. Or a nice, roomy robe. And a wand.

(You can choose your super-power wardrobe. That won’t be on the call. Just think freedom, comfort and an extra oomph of mojo.)

With so much stress left behind, you can expect side effects such as better health, improved sleep and greater overall happiness.

What kinds of problems am I talking about? I mean anything on the scale from vaguely dissatisfied to naked and afraid.

We’ll focus on 5 foundational skills that you can apply to any situation. I call them thought habits.

Designed to troubleshoot all manner of human turmoil, these thought habits help me daily. I lean on them just to stay calm and get my exhausted teenagers to school on time.

Here are some other areas where they come in handy:

  • relationships
  • parenting
  • money concerns
  • career goals
  • health issues

Of course, you already have plenty of experience with problem-solving.

Your resourcefulness and perseverance are positively inspiring. That’s especially impressive if you consider that most of us have picked up some pretty useless habits in the face of difficulty.

We worry, blame, shame, fume, defend, avoid, distract, hide, complain, fib, rant, obsess or despair, often without even noticing what we’re up to.

All of that is understandable. After all, life can be messy and frightening and we are very busy people.

Those reactions are human and justifiable, they’re just not terribly effective.

There are alternative responses that give you much more power to create the life you want, and enjoy the life you have.

I’ll be sharing as much illuminating information as I can pack into one hour on the phone.

You can join me live and chime in with questions, or listen to the recording whenever you have time.

Either way it’s free.

Go ahead and register and you’ll get call-in details. Hope to talk to you soon!
