YOGA
I was a dancer growing up. I’m terrible at sports. Please, I beg you, do not toss me the keys, or a Frisbee. It won’t go well. But I do love to move in a way that feels graceful and strong. Each time I return to the mat, I’m reminded of what a miracle it is to be in a body. I teach with careful attention to sequencing and alignment, because the last thing I want to do is mess up your miracle.
My intention with every class is to create a welcoming, safe environment, to help you cultivate strength, balance and flexibility in all aspects of your life, and to leave you feeling relaxed, energized, clear headed and inspired.
Most classes begin and end with a brief meditation and are infused with principals of mindfulness throughout.
