Mindfulness meditation offers tools for navigating difficult times with as much ease and wisdom as possible. This 6-week class series introduces practices like mindfulness of thought, body scan, Metta (or lovingkindness), self-compassion, and mindful walking. Learn foundational skills to build a regular meditation practice you love, and deepen your access to peace and joy, right in the midst of your rich, full, challenging, beautiful, complex, ever-changing life.

Personal Compass for Purposeful Work: Build Your Internal Navigation System  7 week workshop series at Wellesley Recreation (postponed)

There are many ways to do meaningful work. This workshop will introduce a series of “compass systems” that connect you to your best thinking so that you can navigate choices wisely and determine the best use of your time and energy. Led by Master Certified Life Coach, Cory Halaby, this process dissolves common fears, obstacles, and excuses, and gets you moving in the right direction. Dive into this 7 week workshop series for a powerful perspective shift. You’ll get individual coaching, group support, a fresh sense of possibility, and clear action steps you’ll be eager to take. Do work you love and stay on course for a joyful life.

Tame Your To-Do List: And Love What You Do All Day 

Want to go with the flow AND get stuff done? TAME YOUR TO-DO LIST mixes mind/body skills with a flexible, practical system to keep you organized and inspired. Call it “intuitive life mapping,” or “scheduling for your highest values.” Or, as past participants have fondly dubbed it, “Cory’s get your sh*t together class.” The goal is to fall in love with what you do all day. Cory teaches with kindness, clarity and a lighthearted sense of humor. She’ll help you befriend your natural work style, dream up plans for the life experiences that light you up, and gain confidence in your ability to be on task and productive.
